StS easyFLEX Products
StS easyFLEX is the brand name used for insulation products produced and marketed by StS gruppen. It includes a range of products made for a variety of scenarios, such as fire protection, sound proofing, and thermal protection. All products are designed and documented to be used in high risk environments such as power plants, process and marine industries, and on- and offshore oil & gas installations. The products have been developed and tested to meet the rigorous requirements of the NORSOK and ISO standards.
All Lambda products are highly recognized as “state of the art” insulation systems. Each product is custom made and prefabricated to fit the specific valve, flange, pipe, sleeve or any other type of equipment to be protected.
StS Lambda easyFLEX products are designed for quick and easy installation, removal and repeated re-installation to ensure easy access for inspection and maintenance, using minimal manhours, personal protection equipment and tooling.
The products are made from a strong, silicone coated fabric, with a core of insulation and / or other materials depending on use. All seams are sewn with Kevlar reinforced stainless steel thread and sealed with silicone. The outer fabric has no penetrations that could cause water ingress.
