Tomi Berg – Project Manager

On February 3, we got a new Project Manager in place, Tomi Berg. He will be responsible for all our services in Bergen and the surrounding area. Among other things, he will be responsible for Prefab, facade scaffolding and our other services against building and construction.

Tomi comes from the job as CEO of TBI AS, which in 2013 was named the gazelle company of the year. He has long experience in the field of insulation, is educated at Bergen Technical School and will contribute strongly to our efforts in this area.

Originally from Finland, Tomi lives on Voss with his wife and children, but will live in his own apartment in Åsane.

We are pleased that Tomi Berg has accepted the position of Project Manager in StS.

We had a little chat with Tomi and would like to welcome him to the StS team!

Who are you?

My name is Tomi Berg. I am 45 years old and have 3 children and a wife. They live at Voss. Have education from Teknisk fagskole

Have 25 years experience from various projects within insulation as well as building and ventilation.

 

What do you do?

Work as a project manager with responsibility for building and construction department but also contributes to other areas. Very exciting and nice to work with good colleagues.

 

What project are you on now and how is it progressing?

Right now I’m learning systems and helping out at the Kværner project. There are many challenges, but there are always many solutions as well.

 

What are your dreams?

In terms of career, I dream of helping the StS to a solid and profitable growth in the coming years, both here in Norway and internationally. Always like to learn new things and help colleagues as best I can.

Personally, I don’t have much dreams. Want to continue being a good father and good husband. And maybe going on a nice vacation every now and then.
