Always safe Q2- Prevent personal injuries

We are now starting Q2 in the annual cycle of Always Safe

The goal of the learning package is to prevent personal injuries by:

• Increasing knowledge about how to identify and manage potential error traps before work is carried out.

• Strengthening learning from work without incidents by identifying possible error traps.

Error traps are conditions that make it more difficult to work safely and that increase the likelihood of errors.

Most of the jobs we do go well, without incident. How can we learn from ordinary work to avoid injuries?

To be successful, we must identify and deal with possible pitfalls both in planning and preparations for the work, and through evaluation after the work is done.
