Strong internal procedures, cooperation at all levels and pro-active strategies to build solid customer relationships were topics for StS gruppen's management workshop 9.  March.

Nearly 30 participants from StS' administrative management, including representatives of the project and supervisory management were present when psychologist Trond Haukedal (pictured) opened the meeting at Scandic Bergen Airport Hotel.

The companies managerial process groups continued to work with their key topics such as safety, operations, customer relationships, competence development and innovation and presented their results and activity plans to the seminar participants in plenary.

As mentioned above, StS gruppen had invited Trond Haukeldal to act as presenter, motivator and guide throughout the meeting. The Bergen psychologist and author Haukedal has in the past fifteen years established himself as a reputable counselor, motivator and speaker for businesses and organisations and was honored in February as the year's best speaker of the Confex Group.
